In order to transfer your website to our servers with minimal downtime, please follow the instructions below.
First of all, you will need to order one of our hosting plans. Our hosting plans are build in order to satisfy the needs of the most demanding websites. If you need help choosing the right hosting plan, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you choose the hosting plan that meets your needs.
Once you have received your welcome email, you will need to contact our technicians by submitting a support ticket. Once you have done that, our hosting technicians will backup your site, and upload it to our servers.
Once our technicians have confirmed that your account has been successfully restored, you will need to modify your domain nameservers to the values you have received in your welcome email when you initially signed up. If you do not now how to do that, we'll be happy to help, just submit a support ticket!
